I do not think that I am picky about homes. I guess that I would just prefer that the house that we do purchase is one of the new build houses for sale in london. I feel like I should be focusing on my career rather than anything else right now, and if we are going to be buying a home, I would like to make sure that it is one where I do not have to deal with anything at all for at least a few years. Buying older homes might mean that I will have to deal with the plumbing or the electricity. Buying a new house will give me the peace of mind because I will know that everything is new. I simply want to make it easy on me right now. I would rather be focusing my energy on work, rather than on fixing the things that are going wrong in my home.
